How does it work?

When you place your order, if you choose the "test me" option, you'll receive a sample of the product you've purchased.

You'll have 14 days to test, make your decision and let us know if you decide to return the product.

Because everyone has the right to change their mind, and it's free!

In the event of a return, you'll have 14 days from the date you sent your cancellation to return the product.

Return policy

The return and refund request can only be made if the following conditions have been met:

  • You have not opened your product (testing is only done with the sample received in your order).
  • You return your product in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • You received your product less than 14 days ago.
  • Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be accepted.
  • We will refund 100% of the price of the product purchased, excluding delivery charges.
  • We will pay the return shipping costs.

How do I return my order?

All you need to do is :

Send an e-mail to communication@gemology.com specifying:

Your first and last name, the order number, the reference number of the product to be returned and the reason for the return.

You will then receive a prepaid return label to print out.

Attach the prepaid return label to the parcel.

Drop off your parcel at the post office and have the proof of deposit stamped by the post office agent.

What's next?

Once we have received your return, we will proceed to reimburse you.

We undertake to reimburse you within 14 days or less of receipt of the returned products in our premises, if they comply with the rule defined above.

The reimbursement will be made directly to your credit card used to pay for your order.
