Refund policy

CONDITIONS OF RETURN/EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS :

1 - Withdrawal

From the date of receipt of your order on gemology.com, you have a period of 14 clear days to retract your order, without having to justify your reasons or pay any penalties, with the exception of return shipping costs, which remain at your expense. To do so, please complete the retraction form downloadable from gemology.com and send it to communication@gemology.com.

You then have 14 days* to return the product(s) you wish to be reimbursed, together with this form. * If the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

2 - Non-conformity

In accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, in the event of a fault with the parcel or the product(s), you may return it (them) within 14 clear days of receipt of the order, accompanied by this form, in order to obtain an exchange free of charge.
