HOW DOES IT WORK ?

When placing your order select the « TEST ME » option and you will receive a sample of the purchased product . You have 14 days to test the sample , to take the final decision and to contact us if you decide to return the product. Because everyone has a right to change their minds’ and it’s free ! You have up to 14 days after your refund demand to return the product.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURN. 

To be eligible for a refund if all terms and conditions have been respected :

  • The item must be unused (The sample of your product was sent in order to try and take a decision)
  • The item must be in the same original condition that you received it
  • You have ordered the product less than 14 days ago

We reeserve the right to limit or decline a refund or exchange, damaged, incomplete or dirty return will not be refunded. You will get refunded the full purchase price of the product excluding shipping costs.

HOW TO RETURN? 

It’s really quite simple to do; you just have to :

  • Send us a refund request with your : First et Last Name, the ordering number, the product reference and the reason for the return ;
  • We will then submit you  a prepaid return shipping label, you have just to print it ;
  • Return your purchase in its original packaging ;
  • Make sure the item is unused and in the same original condition that you received it . We reeserve the right to limit or decline a refund or exchange, damaged, incomplete or dirty return will not be refunded ;
  • Properly close the parcel ;
  • Stick the  return label we provide you  to the top of the parcel. Do not cover the  the barcode ;
  • Drop off your item at your local post office. The evidence of a deposit dated and signed by the responsible official will serve as proof of the date of submission.

AND AFTER? 

As soon as we receive and accept the returned items, refunds will issue a refund to your credit card account used for the payment within 10 days.
We reeserve the right to decline a refund, incomplete, dirty or used return will not be refunded.

your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We will only accept returned products in their original box as received and unused.
If those conditions aren’t met, the reimbursement will be refused.
