ESATs are structures that enable disabled people to access a professional activity adapted to their abilities. These establishments play an essential role in the inclusion and skills development of disabled workers.

At Gemology, we've been lucky enough to work regularly for over 10 years with an ESAT for various tasks such as packaging our products or gluing labels.

By using the services of an ESAT, we contribute to the professional integration of disabled people, while reinforcing our CSR policy. It's a win-win situation: it offers ESAT workers professional stability, while guaranteeing our company a quality service, carried out with care and precision.

The festive season is always a busy time for cosmetics brands. It's at this time of year that we particularly call on the teams at our partner ESAT. A key project during this period is the preparation of Advent Calendars, one of the brand's flagship products.
